Package Policies

All packages begin with a free 30-minute discovery call — no commitment required.

A signed service agreement is required before work begins.

All new clients receive a two-week onboarding period to get set up properly.

Packages are billed on the 1st of each month. Hours do not roll over.

Minimum commitment of 2 months for all packages.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No problem. Additional hours are available at $45/hr and can be added to any month with 48 hours notice. For urgent, same-day needs, the rush rate of $65/hr applies.

  • Absolutely. You can move between packages at the start of any new billing cycle with 7 days notice. Life changes — your support should too.

  • Your first two weeks are dedicated to getting to know your business — your tools, your preferences, your voice. I'll ask questions, learn your systems, and make sure I can hit the ground running by week three.

  • I specialize in supporting small business owners across a range of industries — coaches, consultants, creatives, retail owners, service providers, and more. If you're not sure whether we're a good fit, the discovery call is the perfect place to find out.

  • I'm comfortable with most major tools — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Wave, Dubsado, Asana, Trello, Canva, Buffer, Later, and more. If you use something not on this list, just ask — I'm a quick learner.
